Large Scale Catchment Model

(LASCAM)

LASCAM is a large-scale hydrological model which can be used for predicting daily stream flow, as well as salt, suspended sediment and nutrient loads. LASCAM is used within GLOWA JR for the hydrological modelling of the upper Jordan River catchment in order to asses water availability and water quality dynamics. The model runs on the subcatchment scale, before being aggregated to yield the response of the entire catchment.
