Welcome to GLOWA Jordan River

GLOWA Jordan River (GLOWA JR) is an interdisciplinary and international research project providing scientific support for sustainable water management in the Jordan River region.
See also the GLOWA JR Flyer.

Our central question is

How can the benefits from the region’s water be maximized for humans and ecosystems, under global change?

Take a look at our GLOWA JR Briefings to find out more about the relevant scientific results of the project concerning the effects of climate and global change in the Jordan River basin.
